3M Espe Lava Ceram Overlay Porcelain. The system's own overlay porcelain called Lava Ceram is exactly tailored to the CTE of the zirconia framework. This enables a permanently tension-free material bond. The demand for high aesthetics of an all ceramic system is taken into account with a comprehensive range of components. The fluorecent components will result in a natural and brilliant colour. With the innovative effect and opalecent transpa porcelains, restorations can be obtained which are almost impossible to discern from natural teeth in the mouth. Even with a standard layering scheme, an exact and reliable colour shading can be realized. Individualization possibilities are given with the magic intensive shades and the transpa porcelains. For perfect shaping of interdental and occlusal regions, very thin layers can be added. The colours are adapted to the Vita classic colour system

Vita VM15 Vita VM15 was developed as a special, low-melting ceramic for veneering high expansion alloys in the CTE range of 16.0 - 17.3. Using a modified manufacturing process, a new type of ceramic was created. Unlike conventional ceramics, the structure of this ceramic exhibits particularly homogeneous distribution of the crystal and glass phases after firing - the so-called fine-structure, which is the basis of the outstanding material characteristics of Vita VM15. Just like for all Vita VM materials, the layering concept of Vita VM15 is based on natural teeth and therefore, differs clearly from all known layering concepts. The colour-bearing Base Dentine is the main component and hence the decisive material for the reproduction of the tooth shade.
